ALL equipment provided INSIDE & OUT of the Bunkie is to be used in a safe and responsible manner.

Guests agree to use, maintain and leave the bunkie, in the same condition as at the start of the rental period.
Breakage or damages to any furniture, equipment inside or out or any part of bunkie site, above and beyond whats deemed normal “wear and tear” will result in charges being billed to the registered guest at full replacement value.
Guests agree to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the bunkie and its outside surroundings at all times.

→ Power Outages
  Electrical power loss can happen in the event of a storm or other reason, so we advise bringing flashlights.
Candles, incense or anything with open flame are NEVER permitted in our bunkies.

→ Cleanliness & Garbage
We ask that you keep the bunkie clean using the supplies provided. The mini fridge should be emptied and wiped out prior to check out.
Garbage cannot be left in the firepit, or outside the bunkie at any time. Garbage must be put into the garbage bins and then placed in the garbage dumpster located at the gate on the main road. 
Failure to clean and maintain the bunkie will result in a $100 per hour charge for the time required to complete the cleaning tasks

→ Washrooms
Our washrooms are on a smaller septic system. Please DO NOT dispose of anything other than natural waste in the toilets (poop, pee and limited toilet paper)
Please use garbage pail in washrooms for anything else, such as paper products, paper towel, all feminine products, condoms, diapers, wipes etc.

→ Barbeque
Each bunkie has a propane BBQ and is equipped with a propane tank. A BBQ cleaning brush is provided, please clean after each use.
Do not burn anything other than food in the BBQ.
   Always remember to turn off the propane tank when not in use.

→ Quiet Time
Quiet time begins at 10:00 pm. Any visitors must leave before 10:00 pm, There is to be no noise disturbances, no music, etc.

→ Smoking
      There is absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING inside our bunkies and is strictly prohibited.
Sand pails are provided outdoors if needed. Please put all butts or related in the sand pails provided. DO NOT THROW ON GROUND!

→ PETS
NO PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME.

Please remember to take all your personal belongings with you when you check out.
